The Review

Our brew was served cold in a pint glass, all sweaty and lovely.

Nice straw color and crystal clear. No sediment. White head that was fleeting.

The beer has a medium aromatic intensity with notes of biscuit or bread, a little pine and some citrus.

Medium-low sweetness with medium high bitterness. Low acidity, low perceived sweetness, and medium perceived bitterness.

Carbonation was low, and body fullness with medium-light. Astringency was medium, and alcohol presence was not noticable.

Lingering characteristics of pith, hops and pine. Finish length is medium, and finish quality is good.

We very much enjoyed this beer. It’s a great tasting, easy drinking glass of love. Good for beginners and everyone else. We encourage you to try this if you haven’t. It just might become your go to brew. Kudos Freetail.
